The Brasserie evening meal was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our breakfast was also in the Brasserie and we were lucky enough to have a table with a river view. The breakfast was pretty good, however the cooked breakfast was luke warm, the fruit selection was lacking and the apple juice was very watery. "

We raised the issue with reception, but the staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the situation. Even after management became involved, we did not receive an apology. While they offered to refund our car parking, they were unable to process the refund back onto my card. After waiting 45 minutes with no resolution, I eventually gave up."
