"Perfect Luton location - two minute walk from train/bus station, two mins in all directions is numerous restaurants/cafes, mall/ships, post office, park, etc. Desk staff is very helpful. Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. "A lovely one night stay here for a concert in Blenheim Palace which is about 20 minutes away. Easy check in with the friendly staff and large bar/restaurant area. Room was decent with a large double bed and great shower. Easy walk to Bicester village shopping outlet."

"When arriving at the hotel looked lovely from outside went entered the reception look like work was being done lady on reception very nice and helpful had few issues entering the room with plastic key card in the room it was very basic bed tele kettle etc walls dirty and headboard on bed very noisy when moving around .in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling and side of bath the room was very light had a blind but light still came so up early no curtains "

"This little B & B was a gem, it was in a lovely area with some nice pubs and restaurants. Karen the host was really friendly and made us a gorgeous full English and nothing was too much trouble. Our local was the Horse and Chains 1 min further up the road. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Wembley as there was a train station close by and a uber was only £15.00.
