"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. "This is a business hotel, so certain amenities, like on-site gym and spa are not available. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable, so it satisfied my needs for this trip. Room and bathroom are small but this is to be expected, however, it’s still a very comfortable base in Shinjuku. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast selections. Just note that there are a number of Apa hotels within blocks of each other so, just be mindful of that when you arrive to make check in easier."
