"Cypress Knee Lodge was a great gathering place for our hiking group. After nearly 20 years we don't hike much anymore, we are more of a card playing group now! We enjoyed the space, the views, the location, and the accommodations in general. All of this prove to be important because it rained every day we were at Reelfoot Lake. Watching hundreds of pelicans, cormorants, coots, and various other ducks was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jim!"

"The stay was great for us . It was what we needed/ wanted . The dock innthe back is great to sit on. A fire at night in the fire pit is great too. The inside of the house is clean. Slightly dated but that doesn't matter to us. Only suggestion i would say would be.. a full length body mirror. I wanted to check my whole fit a few times but could only see what the bathroom mirror would show and im short . Also i would recommend placing curtains or blinds up over the host personal living area space. It didn't bother us at all but others it may. . Overall great trip ! Would love to come back ! Beautiful lake! "

"I wanted to celebrate my 65th birthday with my family and revisit my childhood memories of Trimble Tennessee. Turns out Chris ( Host) remembered my Grandparents and took the time to give us a personalized tour of Trimble. This was so meaningful to myself and family- so generous and kind.
