"I liked that the room was very equipped, everything in excellent state. Good taste in design. I only noticed that the room seems to trap moisture, I wish it felt more dry. Besides the air conditioning, I believe the room should have a dehumidifying system. Oh, and I would also add having a full top to bottom mirror… that would make the room top-notch."
"Very small room. The queen bed was right against 3 walls so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The bed only had a heavy comforter on it, no top sheet. The air conditioning could only be turned down so far and the room was warm so we had to sleep without any cover on at all. No closet, just a few hooks on the wall. For seating there is just one small stool for the desk that we had use for a nightstand since there isn’t one."
"The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the Tower of London, but unfortunately my experience was heavily impacted by a fire on the first morning of my stay. While I fully understand that fires happen and safety must come first, the communication from staff throughout the incident was extremely poor. Guests were left outside for around 40 minutes with no updates, many of us standing in bare feet and pyjamas.
