"Stay wasn't that good. This morning at 4 am we had to call the front desk to have them fix the refrigerator because it was making a loud buzzing noise. They ended up turning off the refrigerator from the breaker box. The room 3815 and the original room 3008 smelled like someone smoked in them both. There was no frying pan in the room nor was there a baking dish"

"The shower pressure was non existent. There was no shampoo in the container. The door did not shut right. Had to push it hard to shut. The dead bolt did not work"

"The location is very good as it’s close to the center tourist area. The rooms are great but we had a few bugs as we were on the ground floor. The resort fee is high."

"This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location!! The attached restaurants are very good, the staff is very friendly. However, the room configuration is extremely strange with the bathroom essentially subdivided by a hallway. There’s no privacy, including a beveled door for the toilet lol not sure who thought that was a good idea?! Also, the pool is incredibly small. Perhaps I should’ve known that, but from the pictures, it looks dramatically different."

"Staff were super welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, but slightly dark as there wasn’t an overhead light (loads of lamps provided in the room though). Breakfast was amazing and the discounts to external excursions was super helpful!"
