"While the pictures are beautiful and the hotel really did do a lot of work to update it, there’s noticeable signs of a rush job to paint or get the place show ready. The furniture had a lot of scuffs, the outlets were a little loose, and the paint job is mediocre at best. All in all, it was worth the stay and you cannot beat the location to the beach. "The location was great. Air conditioning was awesome. Staff were lovely and helpful. View was great. Some of the sheets were lightly stained. The bedroom curtains were heavily stained, curious on how they got so stained. The body wash dispenser was almost empty and also broken. Aside from those things, the place was nice, we had a good night and stay. Wished we could have participated in their activities!"

"We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead."

Her warmth and kindness immediately turned around a very bad experience with delayed and cancelled flights into the perfect start to our trip.
