Front Staff was pleasant. Had one issue with getting our room serviced but after that it was all good. We felt the pool staff , bell hops etc could have smiled more, are they unhappy?

Location! Location! Location! This cannot be beat. We had a beautiful partial harbor view room where we sat back in the mornings with our coffee watching the all the harbor action. The room was perfectly comfortable and the pool was refreshing. Since we were there during the low season there wasn’t always entertainment at the pool during the day so that was disappointing but we understood why. We will definitely be returning guests.

Hotel was beautiful and location was wonderful. Easy access to all sights and bars. The pools, especially the serenity pool were relaxing. Spacious rooms with balconies and soaker tubs. Loved the room card bracket, wish they did that everywhere!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We felt it is located well for us to get around to things we wanted to go to. Really the only minor complaint would be that the pool water was actually too warm. Not a deal breaker by any means. All in all we had a great experience and will gladly go back.

The Marker was great location-wise. We were near to Greene St and Duval St and the excursions on the water that my family and I booked. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, the rooms had no smart TVs. The remotes were outdated. The pools were okay, but the bar and restaurant were not always open, since staff was not present when we wanted food or drinks. Overall, the staff was nice and helpful. I think the resort fees do not align with the amenities offered.

The room was clean and had necessities like lotion, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner available for daily use and a blow dryer. We did have to call for extra bath clothes and towels, but they were delivered promptly. Several pools for our enjoyment with daily activities and live afternoon music performers. Also had a bar convenient to pool. Would recommend to others to stay at The Marker. Our room had a balcony, but no view of anything but trees and an alleyway. Don’t spend extra for a balcony, was not worth it!

We come to the Marker every year as we absolutely love this hotel. It has amazing rooms, great pool with entertainment and a very good bar. The staff are always super nice and helpful. We highly recommend them as one of the best places in Key West!

The Marker was amazing. We got there to check in and the staff upgraded us to a suite due to an over booking. We were absolutely amazed. The adult pool was amazing. I absolutely loved the shower. The area around was great. We will be going back and staying at The Marker in Key West again and again.
