"Breakfast was ok (more protein would be great), pool was good, workout area was nice, walkability to the beach was good, property was clean, front desk staff was great, and the room was nice. I was happy overall, but having access to water (they gave me a couple free bottles though) would have been nice- like a drinking fountain or bottle filler. "

"The location and amenities of the Sonesta Resort are excellent! You could honestly stay and have the beach, pools, watch turtles, rent bikes and more without ever leaving. Food choices were ok but better options not too far away even by bike. Beach access and very low cost chair, umbrella rentals for the beach. Pools were good size and seating was extremely comfy. Biking and walking trails were serene and safe, well thought out. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back. "

" Okay hotel Food not so good not alot selection For upcharge of resort fee didnt offer anything Umbrellas on beach had to rent so that wasnt good either, rooms not clean either especially bathtub, then kids were screaming up and down hallway Then check in we reserved kingbed they gavebus 2 queen bed No chairs available for pool, they had cabanas yeah 300!!:rental how about no cabanas and more pool seating!!"

"My particular room had a strong moldy/musty smell. I was on the first floor and it was very loud. I left before breakfast was served so can't comment on that. Unfortunately, there was an incident that involved a fire truck and several police cars that occurred late at night which was disruptive and concerning. The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune system. My toilet was running as well which I could hear all night. Over priced for what you get. "

"Our first two days the weather was in the mid 80's and the A/C did not seem to be able to cool the condo. The A/C and the bedroom are on opposite ends and the fan to draw air into the bedroom did not seem to work. There is no screen on the window in the bedroom, so we were unable to leave it open.The bunk beds are narrow and there is no ladder to the top or built in safety rails. We found a single bedrail in the closet that we attached to the top bunk. Unfortunately, we woke up at 4am to the sound of our 6 year old hitting the floor when she rolled off the bottom bunk.Check-in is easy and the provided instructions were helpful, however communication has been non-existent after the original check-in message. We sent two messages over the four days and both went unanswered.The view from the balcony is great and definitely the highlight of the condo."
