"My wife, my family, and I recently stayed at the resort, and overall, it was a great experience. This trip felt like a full circle moment for us. When we first visited in 2013 for Valentine’s Day, we were college students and a young couple. Returning now with our two young kids, especially for our youngest son’s first Easter, made it even more special. We have consistently had positive experiences here, and it was great to see updates around the resort. I want to recognize a few staff members who stood out. Jadien in the shop was incredibly helpful and maintained a great attitude while assisting multiple guests. We even saw her the next morning hosting breakfast. Winston has always had a positive attitude across our stays. David (I believe that’s his name), who worked as a bellman and valet, went above and beyond helping us resolve a room mix up and handling our bags. One piece of feedback is around valet and communication. After requesting a bell hop at checkout, no one came, and I later noticed only one person working, which seemed like a staffing issue. Also, we were not informed about the Easter egg hunt at check in. We only learned about it later after seeing it being set up and asking. Clear communication on events would improve the experience. Overall, we look forward to returning this summer."

"The people who worked here were great and very helpful. The hotel needs to be upgraded, it felt very dirty. The hallways are very dark and it was so loud at all times of the night. Very little sound proofing. Rust in the bathroom and paint chipping in the bathtub. "

"Rooms are dated. The pull-out couch was blocked by the A/C and heating unit so couldn’t be used as a pull-out bed. "

"The property is older and in need of a refresh. The pool and lazy river were cold. The game room has very limited hours (until 7pm weeknights-- we have teenagers who wanted to play ping pong!). Overall, it did not feel like a good value for the amount we paid. Caveat emptor."

"We had a 2-bedroom suite/apartment for a four-night stay. We loved the apartment. It was easy to check in. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Everything we needed. Couple of very minor issues:1) better pot scrubbers for cleaning dishes would have been nice, 2) the cable TV wasn't easy to navigate but streaming services were available using your own account and 3) the timer in the sauna room didn't seem to work although the sauna did work perfectly fine temp-wise. Also, the rooms were quiet except the fan/vent for the a/c was loud. Fortunately, it didn't disturb our sleep."
