"Overall decent. Got the wrong room when checked in. I think they were going to fix it the next afternoon but we didn’t want the hassle with relocating by that point. Also, room didn’t have coffee maker. I asked for one and was told someone would deliver it but never got it. Breakfast buffet not worth the money for us. The location of the property is very good. On-site bike rental good too as long as they have bikes available. One day we had to rent at another location. However, the staff at the recreation desk very helpful. We didn’t valet but that team was friendly and helpful too. Review your bill before checking out. Thankfully, we did and got everything fixed before final charges. No show stoppers but would only go back for the location. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Jody’s condo in Hilton Head Island! This has become an annual trip for our family during my niece and nephew’s spring break, and I can confidently say this will not be our last time staying here.The location truly couldn’t be better—close to everything you need while still feeling like the perfect coastal escape. The four-bedroom layout was ideal for our group, giving everyone their own space to relax and unwind after long beach days.The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could think of, which made meals at home so easy and enjoyable. Every bedroom was beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—such a treat after busy days exploring and soaking up the sunshine.Jody was also amazing to work with—always available, responsive, and so helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!"

"There was no breakfast food or coffee by 9:15am and we never received keys to our room because they weren’t working. An employee had to let us in every time we needed to access our room. "

"The unit is on the cozy side, but they have clearly remodeled the unit and taken advantage of every space to provide anything you could possibly need. Love that they include chairs, skim board, and wagon for the beach. The king is very comfortable! The owners are very kind and helpful. The location is great for the pool, ocean and Coligny Plaza. Will definitely come back! "

"My only gripe was the laundry. I couldnt get the dryer to work. I called the front desk and they said they would send soneone to help. I waited outside for 15 minutes and no one ever came. So i haf to go to the 2nd floor to dry"

"Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent. They help without hesitation when we had a problem. The gym looks new with up to date equipment. Beach access is across the street. Close to everything. Will be staying here on our next trip. Btw... buffet breakfast was very good and well priced. The staff in the restaurant was fantastic also."
