"The only thing for us and I don’t necessarily know if it’s stated that in the description was that this was actually one of the condos that didn’t have an elevator in my partner is totally disabled, so it made a very difficult for us but other than that, it was great"

"Beautifully decorated, everything you need and more! A close drive to Torch Lake and just over an hour to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Great location! Nice pools. We never made it to the Lake Club private beach or Lakeview outdoor pool due to weather but so nice to have the option! We rented a pontoon through Northaire as they suggested and it was an incredible experience! They helped us with restaurant suggestions and things to do. The bedding (pillows especially) was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We had a small problem with the blinds not closing all of the way and they addressed it immediately. Neighbors above a bit noisy and they addressed the issue. You’ll always have something but they handled everything professionally. They were super understanding, helpful and friendly. A/C ran strong! Overall a wonderful stay and excellent communication! Thank you so mucj!"

"It was such a beautiful property with a nice and clean room. Easily big enough for 4 people. It also had a fairly large size bathroom and a separate area to get ready. I loved that. Vickie was pleasant and easy to work with. And, checkin was super easy. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here!"
