"We like the condo. This is our second time staying here. The only problems were there was no blow dryer as advertised. I didn’t bring my own so I had to buy one. The bathroom sink was also plugged."

"Was located in great area close to everything. Condo had everything we needed except for trash bags and we were told there was a grill located on property but there was not. Then when we were there said if we needed to use one it was at the beach club but that was 3 miles away. Property was easy to check in and out again close to pools, bar, coffee shop and restaurant. Plus close to Charlevoix. Boyne and Torch Lake. My biggest complaint would be that the floors be cleaned better. Other than that a nice place."

"Great location and beautiful views looking out from this condo at Shanty Creek! Pleasantly surprised at the sizeable bedrooms. Both rooms comfortably fit two queen beds. The beds were also comfortable which allowed for a restful night! My kids enjoyed the chest of games. We had trouble connecting to the server when trying to login to our Hulu account on the TV. Dale, the owner, was very responsive and came out to the condo to do a reset with the equipment. He was able to get us up and running quickly. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Timber Ridge Retreat The condo was spacious, quiet, comfy. Close to the hotel, too use the pool. Nice area to take a walk. A few shops to visit. A short drive into the town of Bellaire. The owners were available to contact if we had any questions."

"Condo was exactly as described. It worked well with our golden retriever as there was ample space outside to walk him around. The condo had lots of space to move around and also had a balcony with a small table to be able to sit outside."
