"Very clean and cozy place! It's a self check-in, but everything is straightforward and the owners are reachable if you have any questions. The bathroom is shared and you may hear everything that's happening beyond your room, but we had a very nice and thoughtful neighbors. After a 10hrs hike this place had everything we needed, and the views in the morning were absolutely stunning! Definitely want to come back for a few days with the family."

"The pet friendly property was very nice. My family and I stayed with our dogs. There is a very nice yard to walk around with the dogs, but I will note that it's a very small road, and it connects to a big busy route, so we had to drive our dogs to other locations to do any real walking. Each room was lovely and the living space was very comfortable. There is a very cute fire pit area next to the stream. "

"My husband, 5 month old, friend and pup stayed here while we were in town for the Mountain Bike World Cup. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed hiking the well marked property trails and morning / evenings on the large screened porch. The property is both conveniently located and private. It was quick to get to Whiteface, hikes in Keene Valley and local mountain bike trails. James was super easy to communicate with and very helpful. 10/10 recommend staying at one of his homes on this property!"

"The Kottage was perfect for our ADK adventure. Clean, well appointed and very comfortably decorated. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Nice deck area and even fenced in backyard. We woukd love to stay there in the future!"
