The Space:
This residence features a spacious indoor area with floor-to-ceiling double doors and a modern kitchen with a waterfall-edged breakfast bar for four. High-end appliances provide a top-notch cooking experience, while the sleek design adds to the space’s contemporary appeal.

The living area is thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, featuring comfy furniture and a large flat-screen TV. This inviting space is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a movie night with family and friends.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closets. The secondary bed offers a queen-size bed, a spacious private bathroom with a rain shower. The third bedroom is designed for children, with two twin-size bunk beds with safety railings. All bedrooms have their own TV for entertainment.

Great layout of house, volleyball in the pool was a lot of fun! Putting green was a nice idea. Close to beaches and restaurants. Outside space was nice. This property did not disappoint. I recommend arriving in daylight, it was hard to see the name of the house.

Very fun and modern place just out side of a small town.

We really enjoyed this place. Very clean and modern. The host had great communication. I was in a wheelchair and was able to get around pretty good. Just one step from the driveway. There is a lip in the shower so if you can transfer and bring your own chair you can shower but might need help if you are unable to stand. It is a tight squeeze. Over all we would come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean, organized and comfortable. Poor communication from Krain, didn't respond to my emails before arriving to the house. Submitted via email and through booking app. Didn't give us a heads up on maintenance, worker just showed up and had no clue. Called agency and they were extremely rude. Customer service needs work.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Concha del mar for a week in March with our 3 kids and another of friend, so we were 3 adults + 3 kids (12,10,6 years old) and the property was great. the house was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor with the pool and the golf was super cool, kids loved it. It’s located near many great beaches, an hour away from Liberia, many supermercado nearby, it was super clean, well equiped, beds/linen were super comfortable. They even provided chairs and cooler for the beach. The company management was super helpful and they were quick to respond. I definitevely recommend this property!

Amazing stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrived we knew we booked the right place. The villa is absolutely beautiful! It has all of the amenities you'd want, including a dishwasher, large private pool, amazing outdoor space, BBQ, pool loungers, games, laundry, AC in every room, extra bathroom outside, a safe for your valuables, etc. They even provide a rolling cooler and chairs and towels for the beach. You can walk to several restaurants and not a far walk to the beach either. Our favourite beaches in the area were Playa Prieta (not busy and lots of shade trees) and Playa Dantita, but this requires a walk over some rocks or a hike through a trail to get to it (well worth the effort). Potrero felt like home....the locals are very friendly and helpful. You are living with them instead of being stuck on a resort. We will 100% be staying here in the future! A special thank you to Tony, our host, who was very responsive and helpful. Mucho gracias mi amigo!

Amazing Experience

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 3-bedroom property, just 400 meters from the beach. We were blown away by the range of facilities available, including a lovely pool, foosball table, BBQ, garage, and even a pool volleyball court! This property truly has it all. The interior of the property is just as impressive as the exterior, with plenty of space for our family of five to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, making our stay even more comfortable. We were also very impressed with the host's responsiveness and attentiveness throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. At the same time, they gave us our privacy, which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had an amazing time at this property and would definitely come back again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation in a beautiful setting

Casa Concha del Mar June 2022

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My elderly parents, my son, and I stayed at Concha del Mar for four nights.Casa Concha del Mar is a fairly new house, but it has some issues. 1. The house has four sliding doors that easy and frequently come off the track. That causes the doors to get stuck or the locks to malfunction. 2. The pipe system was build in a way that makes bad smells come into the house. If you open the cabinet under the sink a very nasty stink emanates from the drains. A bad, rotten-egg smell can be perceived from the second spare room (with the bunk beds) at night, which makes it hard to have an enjoyable rest.Unlike other houses rented by Krain in which you find floaters, water toys, boogie boards, etc., Concha del Mar house has very few items to enjoy at the pool or the beach. There are only two pool nooddles.
