At the condo complex, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a sauna, tennis, bocce, basketball, and pickle ball courts, and a kids' play structure ensure fun activities for everyone. The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakeview unit that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Enter on the lower level where you'll find a Queen bedroom and a lakeview bunkroom with 2 sets of Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunkbeds. The bunkroom features a TV, a foosball table, and a patio area with lakeview. Guest bathroom in the hallway has a sink, toilet, and combination tub / shower, plus a separate sink and large vanity area so two or more people can use the bathroom at the same time. Laundry facilities are in the vanity area too.

Upstairs holds the lakeview living room, dining area, kitchen with separate coffee nook, and a King primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Deck off of living room provides a serene space to enjoy the lake view and features a propane fire table and a gas grill (available in summer).

Located just a mile east of Tahoe City, Rocky Ridge #4 offers easy access to town and all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- All homes are equipped with high-speed internet unless otherwise noted in the property description; however, during peak travel periods, speeds may fluctuate due to increased demand throughout the Tahoe area.
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
