"Loved the stay at the property very well equipped with every need pool, hot tub everything was perfect would love to stay there again the only thing I would recommend is a baggage and grocery elevator there are a lot of stairs I see the house next to it has one looked very easy but we absolutely loved the stay "

"We had an amazing stay in Avon! The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked for our family and super dog-friendly. We loved the easy proximity to the beach, comfy beds, and having sheets and towels included. Communication with the rental company was excellent from start to finish.We took full advantage of the hot tub and especially appreciated its location on the second level, where the upper deck provided shade. The gate on the top-level deck was also great for the dogs—a gate on the second level would be a nice addition.One of our favorite memories was watching a meteor shower under the beautiful dark Avon skies. Our only tiny suggestions would be a few basic seasonings and a little more organization in the kitchen cabinets with pots, pans and sharper knives. But… Wow! What an amazing family vacation for all of us, including our big fur babies. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This house is absolutely perfect! Super clean and had everything you could want in a beach house plus more. Location is great, and Victoria was an amazing host! She was very responsive and helpful. Our kids also loved the pool and the pickle ball court that we had access to with the rental. We could not have asked for a better week and we can't wait to book this house again for our next trip down to Avon!"

"The house was better than I expected from the pictures. I thought the wood paneling indicated the house would be dated. There was plenty of comfy seating in the living room area. We loved the easy access to the beach. The house is conveniently located near Foodlion. The only issue we had was there were lots of ants inside and outside the house. The ants even got into two of our cars. We also lost WiFi for one day, but so did the surrounding towns. Honestly, it wasn’t that big of a deal for me. I was on the beach all day. We would consider returning to this rental with ant traps in tow ."
