"This was the most charming, well decorated and clean rental. It was just my husband and I but it would have fit a few more if necessary! Everything is brand new and it even had an outdoor shower/bathroom. The owners checked in with us and responded to our emails immediately! We will be definitely be staying here again!"

"We had a very nice experience staying. The weather is cool (~80 degree). The house has big space. There are some tiny issues such as faucet for cleaning sand should be replaced. The toilet at top floor has water leak unless you push the flapper hard. We tried to use the bunk beds in the beginning but felt safe to use the sofa bed at top floor (the house has 4 bunk beds which can sleep 8 people). We realized till Friday that the Avon city does not collect garbage bags outside the tank, even it's in the bag. The house does not have the tank for recycling materials."

"Great location. Right next to beach access. Spacious parking. Plenty of kitchen amenities (cooked for 7 the whole time). Ocean front and easy to see the pier from the deck. Love the quiet hours for neighborhood. Keypad lock made it easy for us to come and go from the beach in groups. Convenient private outside shower and rinse station. Within delivery range for pizza from Buxton. Close to the grocery, gas, & emergency beach supplies. Easy TV login for streaming services. Easy to use hot tub. Go out on the beach after dark and hunt ghost crabs. Also in the wet sand, if you drag your foot across it in the dark, you can see bioluminescence. The A/C worked great. I’m mentioning this specifically because it worried me in other reviews. The only times we were warm upstairs was when doing a lot of cooking all at once with the oven & stoves on. (Low to mid 80s outside all week) The layout for socializing was nice since the person making dinner could talk to people watching TV or playing board games at the table at the same time. Vacasa - Super friendly and made access for extra sheets and bath towels easy Things to know - bring extra dish cloths and throws to snuggle under (there were no extra throw blankets in the house). Bring your own beach towels, sand toys, water boards/floats, chairs. While I wouldn’t classify this as a luxury property, it’s a solid, upper-middle choice. Can’t beat it for the amenities at this price point. Thanks for a great week of memories!"
