The rooms were beautiful and cleaned and reset every day - we were always asked for permission if we were going out for the day. Our experience started with our late arrival of two oclock in the morning where we were greeted, signed in and luggage delivered to our room with a general tour of the room facilities. Communication was excellent with breakfast order choice, time and delivery. Also, room cleaning was daily or when required with water resupply. All enquiries were dealt with expediently and courteously. We had two extended day trips with their recommended drivers and were very happy with the service given. Overall this was a great place to stay, nice and quiet, safe, courteous friendly staff in a central location. The breakfast was good quality. I will book this place again on my next Bali stay."
