Pool area and rooms were wonderful and large , never a problem finding a pool lounge. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly . The only thing I would say is that the breakfast was not that of a 5star hotel , more like a 4 star. The location is not amazing but still walkable to restaurants . Overall for the price I still would highly recommend

This was my second stay at The Trans Resort Bali – my first was back in 2019 – and I was curious to see whether the service and overall experience would live up to my memories. It absolutely did. The staff are what make this place special. From the butler at our villa to the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff and the concierges who arranged our excursions, everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. This is truly world-class service. My partner and I would love to come back, and I will happily recommend the resort to any of my friends heading to Bali. Thank you to the whole team!

The staff here were amazing and make staying here such a lovely experience . Rooms were cleaned well each day. Coffee was amazing!!! Only negative was that the gym was not air conditioned well. It was hot and not appealing due to this.
