Royalton Vessence Barbados Adult-Oriented, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Now Open

"We stayed 6 nights (August 21st-August 27th) as Diamond Club members. From the second we arrived, we felt like we could exhale! We felt like we were on vacation immediately. We received professional, attentive service and check-in was pretty quick and seamless. Our Butlers (Michael, Chaddo, and Taneah) were excellent!! They were always available and responsive and addressed everything we asked for. But I want to also acknowledge that all the staff we encountered on the resort were super nice and helpful. The food at the resort was good! It's true only 2 of the 4 restaurants were open each night - but you can only eat at one at a time anyway. We really liked Kai Asian Fusion as our favorite. The beach was AMAZING! Beautiful. It is big enough and there are plenty of lounge chairs and beach service is very decent. The water is clear, warm and there is excellent snorkeling right at our beach (a lot of boat tours come and dock in the water in front of the resort to let snorkelers do their thing because it’s such a good spot). The roof pool and main level pool were very nice as well. The nighttime entertainment was pretty good but ends early. The weather was fantastic - hot, but not humid. It is a 1-minute walk into Holetown and there are great places to explore and lots shopping, a grocery store is like a 5 minute walk. We ate at Tides in town our last night - and it was so good and so memorable. The only thing I would say is that the Royalton could improve is"

"We had such a fantastic stay at this villa! The home was spotless, super comfortable, and somehow felt even better in person than in the photos. The location was ideal for exploring Barbados—easy access to local beaches and restaurants, shops, but still quiet and tucked away enough to feel completely private and relaxed.The host and property manager was wonderful from day one, super responsive, friendly, and quick to help whenever an issue or question came up. You can tell they take genuine pride in taking care of the property and their guests. We'd love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone heading to the island."

"We had a wonderful stay! Jules and Michael were fantastic hosts — thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. When we mentioned we needed a slow cooker, Jules reached out to Jan, the villa manager, who found and purchased one for us. All of our requests were handled with such ease and kindness. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily return!"

"A very good sized apartment, with all the amenities you need, that's within a 10 min walk of the beach, supermarket and bars & restaurants. Great value for money. Just be aware that there is only aircon in the bedroom. The other room (sitting/dining area) does have a fan but it does get pretty warm. But as mentioned, with the price charged, it is not unreasonable."

"Great coffee shop only a one minute walk away. Beautiful property. As part of staying at this property we were given access to a private beach club close by. The pool and beach area are very nice. Note, there is only air-conditioning in the bedrooms, not the common area of the house. Also, there are no screens or solid doors between the common area and the outside so you will get mosquitos in the house. "
