"I really enjoyed my stay at the Royalton and would definitely return. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good overall. The only disappointment was the Hunters Steakhouse. There were long wait times, confusion with orders, the food was served cold, and there was no bread provided at the tables. We also experienced one night without cold water, which meant we couldn’t take showers, and the toilet would not flush. Fortunately, this was only a temporary issue. The guests were also very friendly and inviting, which made the trip joyful. Despite these inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay. The friendly service, good food, and overall experience made it a trip worth repeating. I look forward to returning."

"Great hotel. Beautiful self catering apartment equipped with everything you might need. Great location on the west coast near beautiful beaches. Amenities at hotel also good -we loved the pools especially. Really helpful staff and the housekeeping team in particular were great. Barbados itself is a fabulous destination. We would love to return one day."

"First off the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and bigger than I expected. The beds were comfy and I love the fact that the kitchen had pots, dishes, cups and utensils. I could off cook a full meal if I wanted to. My stay was great I would return again."

"Pool was great, just needed to scoop out the leaves on occasions as was windy ! Rooms were clean and spacious. AC cooled the rooms, ceiling fan was inoperable due to a problem with the remote, but these are being fixed. No hot water during our stay, as a leak with the solar panels, but again this was due to be fixed after our stay. Rooms could do with blackout curtains, as existing nets dont stop light from outside. Bit dated and could do with an upgrade of furniture and kitchen. But for the price a good deal."

"This property is ideally located on Barbados’ Platinum Coast, within easy reach of some of the island’s best beaches. The area felt very safe, and the local residents were friendly and welcoming.The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with air-conditioned bedrooms, beautiful gardens, and everything we needed for a relaxing one-week stay.Loraine was an exceptional host—responsive, easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable about the area. Her recommendations for restaurants and activities added real value to our trip.Overall, our stay at Birdsong delivered a wonderful Caribbean experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others."
