"No irons in the room. I had asked my room to be cleaned twice and even called to let staff know and no one ever did. I could not sleep on some of the days either due to other loud and rowdy guests. Good location and otherwise well-maintained. Good breakfast selection."

"This place exceeded my expectations. I would certainly stay there again. I would definitely recommend."

"Super nettes Personal"

"The location is pretty good, right in front of the beach. The stuff was very pleasant and helpful. But the condition of the hotel is very poor. It needs major renovation."

"Great location, great staff and lovely breakfast"

"Disappointing experience. The hotel is old and looks different from the photos online. The lobby is small, and there is hardly any seating while waiting for the airport transfer. The staff were unhelpful, cant even heat up the outside delivery food using microwave. The rooftop pool is also very small."

"Surfaces in the room were covered in sticky marks from drinks glasses & one of the pillow cases had burn marks or stains on it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste or soap splatters on it too. The bed was comfortable but we booked for twin beds & got a double instead! There was a decent spread for the breakfast, & it was labelled with a description in English as well. But no decaf coffee option was available. A lot of the staff were very helpful & friendly, but the ladies at the check in desk...

"Overall stay was okay to be honest. Upon arrival, the blankets we got in our room had white spots on them. We had to request that they get replaced. Also, the cleaning schedule runs late for stay ins. We went out for a whole day and upon return at about 4pm, our rooms were still not cleaned/turned over. Lastly, there was an accounting error on our group stay. My friends were locked out of their room due to a misallocation of payments by hotel staff. That was a distasteful experience for us...
