"I wanted to leave them a four star review so bad because they would not allow visitors (which I guess I overlooked) even for a couple minutes and they also looked at me funny of the entire time I was there passing by, but that is understandable because I dress eclectic. What shifted that throughout my entire day was the kindness and quickness to their assistance and making sure that I am doing well— the smiles with of the maids and cleaners of the rooms, the beauty of the pool, the location...

"Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett mit viel Obst, sehr gut. Leider waren Teller und Tassen immer wieder aus und Platzwahl zu viert sehr begrenzt. Zimmer grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings bei uns immer wieder nur 2 Handtücher für 4 Personen und von Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage kam ständig Wasser raus. Auch für das Aufzug fahren ist etwas Geduld gefragt. Rooftop Bar mit toller Aussicht. "

"Don’t trust this hotel, we had left money on our desk and it was gone after the housekeepers came. We complained and got told it was out fault for leaving valuables out, though I beleive you should feel safe at your hotel and not like you have to be guarding things from anyone. "

"The room was clean but in serious need of upgrades and most of our party had to change rooms multiple times due to issues with AC and bathrooms. Staff was fri ndly and helpful when we needed them. I did not use the gym or laundry amenities. "
