Front desk staff had one very helpful employee ( Sarah) but other than her, they women behind the desk could t be bothered with questions and their phone conversations seemed more important. Getting help finding transportation was a quick “get an uber”. Room was clean and cleaning staff was amazing. They were polite and did a great job cleaning and maintaining rooms. Restaurant is over priced and nothing can be charged to the room from the restaurant, although it is in the hotel itself. Small coffee bar runs out of products or products seem to have been sitting for a long time. Water was $6 a 1/2 liter. Overall for the price it was basic but the location is not ideal. "
