"Nice place to stay and even better because they allow pets in here, love it"

"When I arrive they can’t find my reservation and the rooms smell smoky during the night, it’s not bad for the price but I expect something better."

"Marriott timber lodge had facade construction activity during our stay which caused a little bit of an inconvenience of in and out traffic from hotel. Positive, hotel location to restaurants & Target, suite kitchen essentials and massive pool area were ideal for first time visitors to Lake Tahoe for a family of four."

"Convenient location with casinos and Heavenly shops. Parking is kind of tight and limited all day. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator which was a little bit of a struggle for my mom. Other than that we liked this location."

"The lake view from our second-floor room was beautiful, but unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing. The room had a very noticeable smell of cooking oil and kitchen fumes from the restaurant downstairs, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. There was also a wedding party next door, and the music was very loud until around 10:00 PM. Between the kitchen smell and the noise, it was difficult to relax and enjoy the room. The view was nice, but based on this experience, I don’t think we...

"It’s a quaint and quiet location. Parking can be a little bit of a mess but there was at least 1-2 spots open even if you come back later in the night. There’s no staff in the area reception which was a bit different but getting the access code to the rooms was easy (via text) checking out was easy but a bit conflicting from what the sign on the door says compared to the text option. If you want the rooms to be made you have to place a sign that they offer on the door to let housekeepering...

"I checked in an hour early because my room was ready. The room was very clean and it smelled of pinesol strongly. I love the layout of the room. I had room 304. The room and the whole vicinity is a bit outdated, especially the carpet and faucets etc. but everything was working. They only had decaf coffee in the room and I was not happy about that. Other than that, my family enjoyed the pool and hot tub at night. The ac unit doesn't work but you can just leave the windows open since it's cold...

"Spacious suite with all the necessary things available. The breakfast buffet was a great option, made it very convenient for us. Elevators are a little slow and old that caused us some concern but overall, really good service and great location with market and restaurants closeby. Beach and lake was also easily accessible"

"staff they really nice"

"I liked the lake shore proximity/views, the room was clean. Certain things in bathroom very outdated, such toilets, noisy plumbing while in use, outside hallway's carpets look so bad. Price to high for appearance!"

"Great location and close to dining options. Target and Starbucks ."
