Great hot breakfast in the mornings, fresh hot coffee, area is quiet, you can walk to nearby shops and cinema. The rooms are spacious! We stayed in 515 which is away from the elevator or any slamming doors.

Manager, Travis, was AWESOME! He was very patient and pleasant as he tended to our needs. We had some issues with the room we checked into, but Travis was very swift in relocating us. To cap it all for our inconvenience per Travis, we were refunded resort fees for our total stay there. The housekeeping staff was great as well. Thank you all for making our stay pleasant. We will be returning!!

This is a perfect location to see everything in Tahoe Heavenly Village. We walked everywhere. The coffee in the rooms is bad. Not even a good medium roast. This resort is a little older than I pictured it. The king bed was not comfortable.
