"Clean room. Lobby was very disorganized, luggage everywhere and the check-in area was not clean, the staff pulled slippers, soap and toothbrush from a box stacked just behind them at check-in and gave them to us in a plastic bag to take to our room, this was very strange and was not what we expected for a hotel classified as 4 stars.
