"The room was nice. Once we were settled in for night we noticed the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned (there were signs) and I contacted the hotel in the morning and they offered to fully clean the room or move us. We accepted the deep clean. I appreciated how they fixed the situation. Please note that you can't adjust the temperature in the room. The thermostat is locked. I reached out to have it unlocked and they said that wasn't possible. As a perimenopausal woman I found it difficult to sleep....

"Very clean room, easy to access hotel from highway, close to shaw festival theater. Staff were extremely friendly and engaging from the front desknstaff to the dinning room staff. Food was good in the restaurant. Overall great stay."
