"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"I was in town for conference. The resort is very comfortable and the view was great from the balcony of the causeway. The only issue I had was the remotes of the TV did not sync up so I had to manually change the channel from the box in the living room and the TV in the bedroom had an issue watching regular cable. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again if available next year."

"Loved being right on the beach. The parking is tight if you want to park under the building. It is an older building and you can see its age. It worked well for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). The outside handle on the sliding glass door fell off and maintenance responded in a timely manner and he was very personable. We did not use laundry, it was conveniently located. "We liked the location (out of high commercial area), the freshness of still being new (less than a year old), the modern style, the staff (Kris checked us in & was very welcoming & on our request directed us to a small nearby seafood restaurant that was a hit!), the hot breakfast variety each day but the fire pit by evening was the highlight for us! A great value here!"

"When I booked this room, it clearly showed a picture of beach view. Upon checking in, I noticed there was no beach. I asked to front desk clerk, she stated that happens all the time. I then told her that is false advertising and I would like a refund. She then told me she couldn’t do that. There was mold all in the bathroom. This is just unacceptable! I’ve tried contacting anyone, yet no response! "
