The hotel was nice. The staff(Jordan) was great, the breakfast was good, and the decor was beautiful! However when it was time to checkout there was a mix up with the time; Expedia website stated that the checkout time was 12:00(which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there) but the hotel told us a little after 11:00 that time checkout time was 11:00 therefore we had to scribble to quickly rush…which was a little stressful.

In town while our grandsons played in Allstar Baseball. We stayed at this Hampton Inn last year for the same reason. Staff always nice and helpful. Very clean and the room we stayed in was great.

Unwanted visit

The staff was very considerate in a time of bereavement. My wife's mother had passed away and all of her siblings were staying there. Some of the staff's family members were acquaintances with our family. We couldn't have been treated any better. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Their kindness was overwhelming. Thanks again to the staff.
