"Clean room, friendly staff."

"Great Stay, Friendly Staff, and Comfortable Accommodations! I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hampton Inn in Jackson, Alabama! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their communication was excellent, and they made us feel right at home. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's rest. The hotel was quiet, and we experienced no noise disturbances during our...

"clean room"

"Clean place to stay. The lady working in the evening at check in was great ! AC wasnt working the best but not a huge issue."

"no water in room for coffee."

"The rooms where a good size and clean and breakfast was good."

"The property was gorgeous. Rooms clean. Valets extremely helpful. Staff was courteous. My only complaint is there are no microwaves on the property. I travel with certain nutritional needs and needed a microwave."

"The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

"Very good"

"We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. They had limited parking but it just depends on certain nights probably! (We stayed for a tournament and there was a limited amount of hotels close by) Typical fast food as well, 7brew is down the street if you’re a coffee obsessed gal like me!"

"good"

"Cleaning needs improvement, but otherwise nice staff and a quiet place to rest while traveling."

"The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. The only minor thing that I would say was a bit of an inconvenience was that they only had one elevator in service the 4 days I was there. I was located on the 12th floor, so sometimes the wait could be up to 5 minutes. But this would not keep me from staying again if I visit Mobile, Al The one thing that I disliked the most about my entire stay is the...

"Gorgeous property and room with a great tub! Beds were comfortable but small. It took 10-15 minutes after arrival for the front desk staff to acknowledge our presence. There were 3 employees present at the time. One of the front desk employees was so awfully rude to another employee that was working outdoors-so much so that we were actually offended. We will stay again because we loved the property so much."
