"My family of 5 really enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. By far the best bang for your buck! All of the food was great and constantly restocked. Rooms (and the whole hotel) were extremely clean. We will not be staying at other hotels from now on!"

"Property was clean. Staff could have been more responsive. Towels weren’t even in our room when we checked in. Fortunately after asking the cleaning staff, they provided more towels. Also, coffee always seemed to be out in the lobby area. That needs to be addressed. Finally, some of the front desk staff didn’t appear they want to work. Not sure if it’s fatigue after a long shift, but the apparent lack of motivation needs to be addressed too."

"The Graduate by Hilton is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The staff were both welcoming and friendly. The parking was easy and affordable although in the evening the parking staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of cars needing to be parked. Still, everyone was very polite. The bar and dining area was comfortable and the staff there very polite and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Richmond. The location was safe and convenient."

"Liked the fan in the bathroom which prevented over steaming, so the next person using it doesn’t have to wait for the steam to clear. Large wall mirror outside the bathroom to put make-up on while other person was occupies the bathroom. Appreciated the little fridge, microwave, iron & board, & coffee maker."

"We were 2 years ago for a Nascar race. We didn't have to pay for parking., this time we had to pay $5.00. I know it's not a lot but I could somewhere else and not pay for parking. The air conditioning was nice and the fridge kept are drinks cold , when we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in NY, it wasn't. Everything else was fine."
