"Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:( Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems...

"Property was well maintained. The shower had poor pressure and the shower head appeared to be defective inthat only part of it dispersed a small amount of water."

"The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay."

"Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though."

The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but everyone else on staff seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. "The staff was super helpful and friendly. My room felt quite clean. The continental breakfast was above average. Really no complaints and I would stay again."

"Clean room, friendly staff! Conveniently located next door to a sports bar"

"Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!"
