"overall i really really liked the hotel! the hotel it self was so nice and they had even sent a preference survey before the check in date to get a better idea on what i was coming in for! The hotel is also located beside the river and around the corner from the park making it so convenient for in city activities! It is one street over from the busy main street people walk on so that is also a plus since you do not have to struggle getting in and out of the hotel! He food selection around the area is also so great!"

"Fabulous centralized location. A bit pricey, but what isn't in a big city these days. Check in was a breeze and they were able to provide early check in for us so we could get to our 1 pm event on time. Beautiful room with a gorgeous view. Air Con was working well on a hot day, bed was very comfy and hotel was very quiet for sleeping. Lots of hustle and bustle on the first floor with great people watching. Hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Our only downside was that the valet did not follow the instructions of the bellman who requested our car be brought out front for pick up. We waited 30 minutes when the valet finally called again only to find out it was waiting for us at another location. Otherwise, we had a very nice experience."

"Fairmont maybe an old hotel but it is well maintained hotel. With large rooms, great views of the skyline especially at night from our window. And Le Labo toiletries is a plus. Also Many great restaurants nearby"

"Stayed here for our son's 11th birthday weekend! Chose this hotel due to location, cost and the fact that they have balconies! Felicia at the front desk was wonderful. She made our kids feel very special :-)"

"Muy práctico todo solo que si es necesario que le digan a uno que tienen el inventario del apartamento para que no vayan a cobrar por algo que falte dentro del hotel. No todos los implementos estaban completos"
