"As a budget hotel, I did not expect this one could be this good, it went beyond and above my expectation. Staffs are all very nice and polite, places are clean, room services are on par. It is located in a residential area, you can see everyday lifes of local Japanese people, it is close to subway station, 7-11, shops, restaurants ... etc. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again next time I visit Osaka."

"receptionist are very friendly & helpful! perfect for couple travelling. their housekeeping staffs are very helpful! location is very calm & near to metro station and a 24-hour supermarket in less than 2mins. highly recommended. we stayed for 8 nights and everything is perfect! room is in clean condition! we will definitely come back in time!"

"A decent place to stay for the price. But please bring your own towel. The towel sold at the front desk is terribly thin and small. The room is clean and in general good condition. But there is no heat in the bathroom and hallways. The pictures posted in the listing is misleading. There is no sofa or any sitting area, as shown in the listing. "
