"The room we had was upgraded to a king room which was nice. The tv went out twice. One night we could only watch our own Netflix. Hotel was close to the train which was convenient. One thing my daughter and I didn’t like was that they don’t have a door to close off the bathroom. There was only a sliding glass door that covered the shower and the toilet."

"We tried checking in early, but couldn't until 3, unless we wanted to pay for early check in. So they stored our bags for us, so we could tour London without our bags. The hallways' carpets were terribly dirty. But room was nice and clean. BUT we only had 1 bath towel (for a King room), so had to go down to the front desk for another (plus don't have phones to call down to front desk). In the shower, they offer 2 shampoo/body wash scents, but no conditioner. Also the hotel has a long flight of steps to go up to get into the hotel, so you need to carry your bags to the lobby (but have elevator up to the rooms). They don't clean your room, if you stay numerous days, unless you request it. They have a 2/10 pound drink Happy Hour special, but we didn't try it."

"The hotel is in a relatively quiet street and having requested a courtyard room it is probably one of the quietist stay I have ever had in London. The hotel is new modern and immaculately maintained, every staff member engaging and well informed. Rooms are on the small side with the sink in the room and the toilet shower in a self contained unit. It works fine and let’s face it when in the city you’re hardly ever in the room. The bed is very comfortable and huge but you are unable to walk round it so this might cause customers with mobility issues a problem. The bar / work/ chill / restaurant are is large and very quirky. Bar stays open till 2am if you’re that way inclined and staff are fab. 10 minutes walk to London Bridge underground station. Definitely be back"

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."
