"Hotel itself was lovely and well kept. Our interactions with staff were uneven. No one was unpleasant, but several seemed barely knowledgeable when we asked various questions. Breakfast was terrific, lots of yummy options. Also quite near a River bus port for access to cruise ships and other sites."

"The room needs a good clean very dusty. Two of the walls in our room 407 really needed replastering but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We went for a meal in the restaurant and had to go and fetch someone to serve us then had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks and only then when once again we went and fetched someone. The staff were very apologetic and helpful."
