"This hotel is perfectly located, about a block from the London Eye and Westminster Bridge. ! This is where you want to stay!! This hotel is huge… second largest in London with 1200 rooms but it doesn’t seem that way with plenty of staff at the front desk, breakfast, restaurants, bar. Great daily housekeeping too. 2 bottles of water daily. Refrigerator. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Hop on, hop off bus stop about a block away. Only negatives…..-the room needs more lighting and so does the bathroom. No outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer, so this is inconvenient."

"An excellent choice for an extended stay! The apartment offers plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtful touches like providing dishwasher and washing machine tablets, as well as extra garbage bags, show that management truly cares about customer satisfaction. It's a much better value and experience than staying in a small, expensive hotel room."

"The hostel/hotel surpassed our expectations. Great location to reach Canary Wharf via Thames ferry (included). Nice area to stay when in London. Took advantage of the (free) secure luggage storage facility, for the day following our stay. I’m no plumber of electrician but I’m quite certain that water should not ever drip from any ceiling fixture, as we found late in the evening occurring in our bathroom! I informed them of it, upon check out, and only mention it because I recall reading an earlier review that mentioned a similar incident. Hopefully they attend to this problem. We would stay there again since it was decent value for money."

"A long weekday stay when catching up with my older sun. Great location for sightsee, the infinity pool on the 52nf floor has amazing views of London. Good breakfast with lots of options. Highly recommended"
