"Rather impressed!! Probably the best airport hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Yes it’s new and the detail in the build is something else. Restaurant VERY busy but staff managed to hold it together and provide excellent service . The food was exceptional!! The only negative is the steak knives need to be serrated, I know minor detail right!! Overall awesome stay."

"Great location to airport shuttle was very helpful"

"A great buffet breakfast and a huge gym. The room was a little on the small side but when you open the curtains to the view it felt more spacious :-)"

"Conference room in on floor 5 my room was below. When addressed noise level to staff, they brush me off and got off the phone in a hurry. I had to ask for compensation for being kept up until 10:30pm. I get in at 2am that morning.... I got a coffee as compensation of 5 hours of no sleep...not good."

"Really friendly staff and a clean, quiet room. Recommended."

"Nice and clean, basic but good service and just what's needed."

"الفدق جميل ونظيف لكن حجزي عبر الموقع كان مختلف عن الواقع اخترت غرفه بمطبخ تفاجئت بإعطائي غرفه بدون مطبخ ومن ثم تم التغير بمبلغ آخر"

"Sorry, the place can do better with amenities appropriate for the price charged. The restaurant was spacious but the food available was average. Limited choice as well"

"Modern and well maintained property offering a good overnight option a short distance from Auckland Airport. Free breakfast not great but overall value was fine."

"Sauberes Zimmer, aber sehr laut durch Müllabfuhr direkt unterm Zimmer um 3:30 Uhr morgens und laute Lüftung. Frühstück war bei uns inbegriffen, aber Kaffee exklusive. wir haben ab dem 2. Tag lieber außerhalb gegessen, Lage: schnell auf der Autobahn"

"Laundry machines were loud, otherwise excellent stay"

"Proximity apartments are very close to the Manukau Westfield mall so very handy for public transport to the city or hospital (in our case for visiting nearby relatives) and walkable to shops and restaurants. The Studio suite was small (as expected) but adequate with a small table for two and a kitchenette that does include hotplates and oven. The balcony is enclosed with partially openable windows. Free wifi is included. We paid $14 per day to park in the secure undercover carpark which is very...

"First extra charges were charged. I paid for breakfast on my booking and they said I did not. The room/hotel in general needs maintenance. Bedroom - stains on the rugs, ceiling paint was peeling off, bathroom sink was dirty. Staff was not helpful regarding the extra charges on breakfast, I paid again and when went down for breakfast the next day the staff said I did not pay. Very frustrating."

"Good location. Safe onsite parking. Clean room"

"I pleaded during the time I stayed here with following: Shuttle bus is convenient and free for guests. Staff is helpful and cheerful Bar is outstanding with food and drinks. I had more than 2 dinners with fine and delicious dishes."

"Great room for our first night in NZ. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Good size room comfortable bed shower hot air-conditioned ground level unit"
