"Hotel doesn’t have soundproof rooms. You can hear planes & motorway noise The hotel charges for parking which is hidden in the small print. We didn’t get charged for parking on our 1st visit but they tried to get $15 off me on my return. If you join Accor you get it for $7.50."

"Me and my partner went to spend the night here, but not long after making it to our room. Maybe 20 mins later, she broke out in hives."

"It is not the usual kind of hotel I would visit (last minute). The hotel was old, it was under renovation. The room was great. Clean and comfortable, there was nowhere to fill the jug with water in the room. The receptionist gave me ROTTEN Milk! But she was very friendly and very helpful."

"I got a great welcome from the Lady at Reception and check in was easy. The room had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. It was very clean and the room service every day was welcome. I really appreciate the cleaning staff restocking coffee and milk when needed and making the bed. The bed was very comfortable. Good size bathroom and plenty of hot water. The television is overdue for an upgrade. Restaurants are close by and there is a supermarket next door. Parking is a bit of a tight squeeze though grateful to have it by the room. I stayed for 4 nights for my work and I will easily return as it is convenient accommodation and once again thanks to the Cleaning Staff for their great effort! There is a lovely swimming pool and sauna although I didn't use them. Thanks again Manukau Motor Lodge!"
