"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Leona, the Assistant Hotel Manager, for her outstanding professionalism and support. During my stay, a few things unfortunately went wrong, and the issues I raised were causing considerable discomfort. However, Leona handled everything with genuine care, understanding and efficiency. She listened attentively, took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to provide assistance and make things right. Her calm, thoughtful and...

"房間乾淨，位置便利"

"Excellent location. Very close to lots of attractions and subway. Lots of food close by. The hotel is in a small alley and was a little hard to find. The staff were awesome. Always helpful and try their best to help us out. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not buffet, but a standard pack delivered at your room. It was either a sandwich or dumplings."

"فندق رائع كانت اقامة جميلة"

"Overall excellent stay in a great location."

"I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. "They didn’t have the restaurant open, and they only have beers in the store of the hotel, no food The room was clean but I won’t recommend to stay if you are travelling as a tourist"

"Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful with taxi efforts."

"This place is 30% worse than the photos suggest. But it is very convenient and affordable relative to other foreigner hotels. It is barely adequate as a hotel but adequate enough."
