"房間乾淨，位置便利"

"This hotel is very central as well, very helpful staff, probably just needs more variety with breakfast."

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"Good breakfast, helpful staff. Wifi wasn’t working for Google, Gmail, or Apple Safari."

"Breakfast was ok but the Grand Hyatt had more variety like soya bean curd and soya milk drink. Rooms were spacious, clean, bathroom also ok. Bath slippers were provided, happy with this."

"فندق رائع كانت اقامة جميلة"

"Great location- half a block to Wangfujing St., easy DiDi rides to the Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City. The Expedia photos are not consistent with the appearance of the hotel-the lobby has not been renovated and is cluttered. The guest rooms have been renovated but are not decorated as they are in the photos. Compact rooms- the only place to open a large suitcase is on the bed. Very clean."

"Overall excellent stay in a great location."

"Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

Always helpful and try their best to help us out. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not buffet, but a standard pack delivered at your room. It was either a sandwich or dumplings."

"Beautiful hotel, close to what I needed. Staff great, helpful and discreet. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Room spacious with comfortable bed, very clean. Toiletries and towels lush. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Many places to eat inside and out. Train station nearby for geeks like me 😊"

"The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information. When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a...

"La habitación estaba en muy mal estado, el baño y la ducha muy sucios y viejos"
