"We requested a ground floor room and we were kindly given a room on the lowest floor but there was still 2 flights of stairs to get to it with insufficient handrails. Too many stairs for us and we wouldn’t have booked if we had been told this. Also climbing in and out of a bath to shower was awkward. Otherwise comfy bed, clean quiet room. Breakfast was plentiful but not our choice. If you don’t mind the stairs then great place in a good location"

"Been coming to the Marina Hotel now for quite a few years. Lovely hotel, excellent location, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Unpretentious with everything you could need to enjoy a real break Staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is very well run"

"Location Stunning right in front of cathederal amazing roof top terrace"

"Lovely boutique hotel in a very central location. Breakfast consists of fresh baked rolls and pastries, meats, cheeses, some fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Nothing hot served. Lovely coffee and orange juice available to drink. Room 121 was sufficient however we encountered a few problems. Room safe not attached and could be removed easily Never encountered this in a hotel before. Reported to reception but received no further explanation. Rainfall shower broken however managed to get working by...

"Perfectly located property on the Port de Soller. The rooms are very spacious with balconies and great for multi-day stays. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very helpful. The spa is also great, but you have to reserve your time there so its not always available at the time you want. However, it was lovely having the spa entirely to yourself for that booked hour. Highly recommend!"

"Really lovely hotel with a breath-taking view, delicious breakfast, nice pool, thoughtful small gifts. I loved it there! The mattress might not be for everyone though."

"We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!"

"The bed was very comfortable and it’s in a great location to Soller, just a couple minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, and church. I did find it challenging having a virtual reception though, as responses could be slow. I ended up talking to the reception at my friend’s hotel instead whenever I needed a recommendation or help with a taxi etc."

"Very neat hotel with a bed & breakfast vibe in a beautiful and quaint town. The views from the breakfast balcony were some of the best in Mallorca!"

"Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall."

"Vi valgte et hotel tæt på stranden og Eden levede op til det. Det var et dejligt værelse, dog kunne vi høre naboer gennem væggen. Det var dejlig morgenmads buffet. Vi brugte fitness en enkelt gang."

"Beautiful hotel nestled in town. We had two suites which were amazing. Great restaurants to walk to, tram to port was a highlight, town square at night was magical. I’ll be back"

"Terrible customer service!"

"Große Zimmer, nettes Personal was gut deutsch und englisch gesprochen hat, super Frühstücksbuffet. Lage direkt am Hafen und Strand. Leider mit zweimaligen Wasserrohrbruch, das war nicht schön und anstrengend. Hotel nur billig renoviert in den letzten Jahren, teilweise schon wieder sehr abgewöhnt."
