"Excellent stay, right in the heart of London - couldn’t have been better placed. The only thing we can fault it on, and we’re nit picking here, there is no facility to get a hot drink after 6.30pm within the hotel. A hot drink vending machine would have been useful."

"The staff was lovely. We arrived early in the morning and they were very helpful and nice. The room is a bit small and limited TV (no sports at all) options but the bathroom shower was excellent. Loved the free filtered water and mini-kitchen setup. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get to the tube and everywhere else in London."
