The best accommodation budget-wise is to have a great vacation close to the ocean with all amenities and the convenience to walk around restaurants and stores. This two bedroom, two bath has a two-floor unit in a complex with a beautiful pool and BBQ area as well as a shared laundry room. - Smoking is not allowed. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. On top, you will be charged an extra of $250 for covering for the services of getting rid of the odor in the unit.

- Please, deposit toilet paper in the provided trash cans.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap.

- Rinse sand before entering the unit or the shower. Extra sand could cause clogging and this could represent an extra charge.

- Mandatory to enjoy at least one sunset at the beach!
