"Leann is an absolute gem I remember her from our visit last year and she commands a professional demeanor while taking care of our needs during our visit both trips! We were unable to check in on time due to a large fire in the area that shut down the roads but were able to check in five hours early the next day as well as checkout an hour later thanks to Leann accommodating us. Looking forward to returning. This is sort of an anniversary location for us. We got to utilize the pool and hot tub this time which were also amazing!"
"I was honestly very surprised with this hotel. Everything was nice and clean & the staff was very nice . Breakfast was very delicious as well. U can make ur own waffles, they had omelettes, breakfast sausages, boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurts, coffee, apple juice, orange juice & fruit."
"We got there way later than the office hours and were given very easy instructions on where to find our keys to the room and car parking. The moment we arrived we were met with a staff member that was friendly and helped us check in even after the office was closed. They even gave us a map and showed us where the room was. The pools and rooms are clean and the AC worked perfectly. Only thing is we found 2 bed bugs on the bed the next morning but the hotel is so nice I brushed it off. Either way we would definitely stay here again."
