"We've stayed in many luxury SF hotels and this rates among the best. Nice room with view, gym and staff was excellent. There is no pool/hot tub but a great outdoor space on the 40th floor for pano views of the city with heated seats and cocktail service. We did not eat any food. If a big lobby/entry with decor, presentation and that social gathering component is important, their lobby is very small. That district has to be the cleanest part of the city and we felt very safe walking the area."
