"We founded this hotel so convinient, that there's no way we cannot give a 5 Stars review. From the convinient train stops to the center, great breakfast, cozy room, easy location for food ordering. We also want to congratulate María at reception, he helpep us big time setting the transport app and her transportation advice was the best,great attitude, amazing person, more employees should follow her example. "

"So the room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy as was check-out. There are two supermarkets very close making it very easy to buy supplies. It’s 2 minutes walk to the U4 so very convenient for the centre of Vienna. Rooms were quite with good curtains so this did not hamper sleep. Our only criticism was that the corridors were slightly unpleasant smelling but this didn’t affect the room."

"Close to the public transport, easy to get to the city, shops are nearby as well. Need to work on basic toiletries and shower amenities. Or at least let the guests know a head of time."
