"Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Vermieter per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass wir frühzeitig anreisen würden, und um eine Schlüsselübergabe gebeten. Trotz dieser vorherigen Absprache war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. Selbst nach zahlreichen Anrufversuchen erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung. Wir haben daraufhin Expedia eingeschaltet, deren Mitarbeiter...

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay here in Vienna! It’s a bit far away from city centre, but very close to the conference centre where EGU is held. Room was clean and a good size. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro and close to the river!"
