Great location - right next to Westbahnoff makes it a great place to stay. Lost of shopping and food options close by too. The restaurant at the hotel serves great food. Staff are very friendly also.

The Companion Hotel was well located and really nice! We had a 15 minute walk to the mid center of town for museums, restaurants, shopping, etc. Public transport was right outside the front door and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. this is not a luxury hotel, but it's a great value!

absolutely stunning building with amazing staff! the front desk was kind, communicative, and incredibly accommodating. they held my bags after check out so I could have one last lunch at their hotel before traveling to the next city. The room itself was modern and incredibly clean. Will be staying here again! Honestly - their restaurant rivaled the restaurants nearby. All around, amazing!

Absolutely stunning immaculate interiors, only 2 minutes walk from a metro station and 5-10 minutes walk from the main shopping street. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food in the restaurant was amazing, the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and wonderful. Everything was perfect, thank you so much.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. Room facilities were really good. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Our only criticism is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is lovely, but it is very expensive compared to other local places and the breakfast was expensive for the continental offering provided and didn’t offer value for money in our opinion. For future travellers, I recommend trying the local beerhouses/restaurants for food and there are some lovely cafes a short walk from the hotel that do nice breakfasts for a fraction of the price.

The best part of this new hotel would be the friendly staffs. They added so much to this place. As to the design, we've found out that it somehow would be not practical enough. By the way, the breakfast was delicious, compared with many hotels in our Europe trip this time. It's worth trying.

This was a great place to stay in Vienna. The hotel has a great vibe and the decor is amazing. About a 35/40 minute walk to the historic town it was nice to be a bit outside. As it is located next to West Bahnhof transport is great. With trams. u bahn and airport bus right outside. The main shopping street is also across the road. With all this you would think it may be a bit noisy but it is actually very calm and quiet inside with no noise from outside. Rooms have lots of amenities. Great toiletries and air con. Bar and lounge areas are also very vibey! Overall would recommend.

I was excited to visit this brand new property as soon as I saw the ad online and it did not fail to impress. Absolutely gorgeous property, inside out. Rooms stylish very comfy and practical as well. Lobby area, cafe restaurant and the new opened bar will definitely be a meeting point for non guests as well. I’d like to note that the building itself adds beauty to the area, which is something that often does not occur. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

I think the hotel is more focussed on style than substance. They are losing the essence of customer context in lieu of creating a perceived style quotient which too is failing as they overlook basic necessities of a stay. The breakfast is average. We stayed in The Balcony room as we were downgraded from the Velvet suite since their Aircon was malfunctioning. The hotel did not consider it important to inform us of this critical change before arrival. The room for 2+1 was limited space with inefficient design and the room didn't have any support for bags. They did offer us a few free coupons for drinks and dessert which was kind of Madeline at the front desk. But the coordination with the restaurant being unaware of such coupons was visibly absent. Though the location is excellent. The rooms are very clean and the interior decor is mix of modern and contemporary giving a good fusion.

I really liked the design of the hotel, unfortunately sometimes it lacked functionality. It was not possible to lock your room when inside, the AC was not working in the room, it was extremely hot, stuffy (and it was in March) the receptionist advised us to open the window, with the promise of sending maintenance the next day. Nobody came though. The check-in process was tedious, I do not understand why the agent does not write down all your personal details into the system, instead the guest has to do it on an tablet as the agent is just watching you. The check-in process was anything but smooth. The bed was really comfortable, nice linens, large and working Smart TV with Chromecast. On the other hand I found a bobby pin and a hair band in the shower next to the shower gel, the dust was visible on some surfaces. There is no telephone in the room, so you have to go down every time when you have a problem. When it comes to the location, it is quite central, but also with many homeless people on its vicinity, drunk people drinking at 7 AM on Sunday.

I had the most wonderful first trip to Vienna with my sister, and this hotel made our experience even more special! Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming and always ready to help. The location is super convenient, with trains and public transportation just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. We had a fantastic stay and I will definitely come back!
