Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed as if we were at home. Very comfortable and warm hospitality. Breakfast was varied and all drinks were good. Special thanks to Gaia for hosting us well.

Best choice to stay

Personnels were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice, comfortable and cleaned everyday. It was easy to go to anywhere in Vienna from the hotel.

Great for weekend trip

We went to a wedding in Vienna and stayed in Ibis Styles hotel. The hotel was very clean comfortable and modern. Great air con in the room. The breakfasts were brilliant with lots of choice. The receptionists were always very helpful as we asked for advice about where to get the tram, trains etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others .

Ibis Styles Wien is e beautiful colorful hotel with clean rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Mind you that it is not in the centre of Vienna but the connections with the metro is fast and they run every 3 to 4 minutes. The metro prices are also very cheap so you can move very easy through Vienna. So you get an excellent hotel for a good price.

Most comfortable beds in the world! SOOOO comfy. Staff super nice. The streetcars 38 and 37 are outside so easy to go north or south and 1 block away you can get on the U4. So convenient. Many grocery stores a block away and of course the Leo Wiener Wurst stand. Super delicious. Great place to stay and very reasonable.

We booked Ibis for the Taylor Swift concert, that unfortunately did not happen. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff at reception. They had a bracelet making station and TS tunes playing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking and taking transit to the city centre. The room was a great set up for a family of four. The room was a decent size and more than enough space for a two night stay. The city centre is 15 mins by tram from the hotel and has a grocery store close by. Highly recommend and would go back again.

Comfortable and eco friendly

Comfortable stay with functioning AC! This was the only hotel of the 3 we stayed in Vienna during our travels that actually educated guests about how city water is brought in from the Alps and how the tap water is the best in taste and quality. We had a lower floor so street noise (sirens) was some nuisance overnight despite the soundproof rooms. Breakfast included and tasty typically Austrian fare.
