"Parking was bad"

"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property was maintained by a team who obviously take pride in a job well done. The parking lot was quite well lit--I felt perfectly safe there alone with my kids. The breakfast was basic (cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties) but did the job it needed to do. Housekeeping is every other day, but you can get most anything you need from the front desk. "

"Great location! Lots of stores and restaurants around. The lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Love the King rooms. Very spacious! Highly recommend!"

"Call to see if they are still renovating!!!!!! We were there for 9 days !! We moved from the 8th floor because renovation was supposed to have started. We were moved to the fifth floor only to find out that they were not doing renovation on the eighth floor. We had no ice machine working on the fifth floor or the fourth floor so we had to go to the sixth floor. We tried to do laundry only to find out that the laundry room was on the second floor and the entire second floor was under renovation so we ended up having to find a local laundromat. After a few days. The hotel was down to only two elevators working. Mind you there was some type of gymnastics convention going on and there was a long wait for the elevator.. we had a problem with the hot water on the eighth floor and then after two days on the fifth floor the water seem to be not as hot . We thought it was maybe from the hotel being overly crowded from the gymnastic competition, but they left, and the water issue was still the same lukewarm water."

"Third time at that hotel. When I came in the clerk was sitting in the lounge with two ladies (one with her dog), he then got up to answer me at the front desk. He asked me to initialize a form for non-smoking and no pets. Around 8 PM, a dog barked twice and once in the morning. WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF SIGNING A FORM WITH A DOG WELCOMING ME AND BARKING ON SECOND FLOOR? The room was neat and fresh but no glasses except the sink was all cracked and in great need for a change. Breakfast was not ready at 6 AM, no lights on in the dining room (I turned them on myself) and people waiting. Someone knocked at the attendant door, at 6:15, he got out with his stuff. I don’t think we will go back a fourth time."
